深厚冲积层冻结法凿井高性能混凝土综述

A review on high performance concrete used in deep alluvium freezing method sinking shaft wall

摘要: 冻结法凿井是井巷工程应用人工制冷技术暂时冻结地下水以加固不稳定冲积层、松软含水岩层的特殊施工方法。文章总结了高强高性能混凝土应用于深厚冲积层冻结法凿井工程中需要突破的技术难点,综述了国内外学者在高强高性能混凝土方面取得的研究成果。介绍了中国建筑材料科学研究总院(CBMA)在深厚冲积层冻结法凿井高强高性能混凝土关键技术研究和应用方面取得的成果。

Abstract: Freezing method sinking is special construction method to reinforce the unstable alluvial layer and the loose water-bearing rocks by freezing the groundwater temporarily using artificial refrigeration technology. With the development of deep coal resources in east China coalfield, the application of high strength and performance concrete technology in deep alluvium freezing method sinking engineering is urgent. Therefore, the technical difficulties of high strength and performance concrete technology in deep alluvium freezing method sinking engineering are summarized. The research process of high strength and performance concrete are also reviewed. China building materials academy have obtained remarkable achievements in the research and application of high strength and performance concrete technology in deep alluvium freezing method sinking engineering. Complete set of technology and process has been developed. The relevant technology and process has been used well in multiple demonstration projects, such as ZHAOGU west wind well. These achievements provide the technical support for the design and application of high strength and performance concrete in the deep alluvium sidewall, having a good application promotion value.
